Dr. Kavita Shah earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and completed her residency at NYU Langone. Before your appointment, we verify your insurance and give you a clear estimate of what your plan covers and what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be. Before any treatment starts, we present a written treatment plan with costs. After your visit, we submit your insurance claim and follow up on it — you don't have to chase anything. And if you don't have insurance, our in-house membership plan starting at $36/month means you still have access to quality preventive care at a predictable, affordable price.

Absolutely. We regularly see patients from Leominster, Lunenburg, Townsend, Ashburnham, and Ayer who have chosen to drive past other practices to come to us. Our location at 164 Elm St in Fitchburg is easy to reach from across North-Central Massachusetts, and we think the experience is worth the drive. We're currently accepting new patients from all surrounding communities.

We make every effort to see new patients promptly. For routine new patient exams and cleanings, we typically have availability within one to two weeks. For dental emergencies — toothache, broken tooth, lost crown — we make every effort to see you the same day, even if you've never been to our practice before. Rollstone Family Dental is a comprehensive practice — we handle general dentistry, restorative care, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, dental implants, periodontal treatment, and same-day emergencies all in-house. For highly specialized procedures like oral surgery or orthodontic treatment beyond Invisalign, we may refer to a trusted specialist. But for the vast majority of what our patients need, you won't need to go anywhere else.
